Very cozy and clean place, Diana was very polite and responded quickly. Convenient location and entrance by personal key (you can come at any time), a small breakfast already in the fridge. I highly recommend!

Diana greeted us upon arrival and showed us the apartment which was super clean (we love clean)! She had some lovely snacks and a plate of fresh cut fruit all ready for us! She changed the towels everyday and the sheets once too. It was the perfect stay for us as we visited our relatives in italy. We will definitely be back! We already miss her adorable little pups- Dante and Freud! Thank you for welcoming us Diana and making your home feel like our home!

The room was extremely spacious, and so was the bathroom, both decorated and furnished with style and elegance. Plenty of natural light through the large windows that can be totally shut out during the night. During the day the light curtains ensure privacy. The view, on an inner court with large trees, is unusually pleasant for Pordenone and there was no noise from traffic. The bed was confortable, with quality linen, the kitchenette very handy and equipped with all the necessities (fridge, coffee machine with capsules and coffee cream pods provided, herbal and black teas, some pots, plates and induction hobs, plus biscuits and yogurts). In the bathroom there is soap and shower gel, hairdrier and quality towels. A steam iron is available inside the wardrobe and wi-fi is included in the price and reliable. It is a studio rather than just a bedroom, with a small balcony and situated on the 4th floor with a lift. Very clean! 15min walk to the train station and moments from coffee shops, patisseries and even a supermarket (PAM). The location is absolutely brilliant. I will be back!

Everything just perfect. The building is located in a calm square, and just few steps from the city center. Many great restaurants and businesses around. The bedroom is extremely comfortable, great bed, minibar, espresso machine. Everything stands out. The hostess Veronica is really sweet and was very helpful by giving us te recommendations about the city. We will definitely come back.

The apartment was nice, everything was new and in good shape. The location is also pretty good, in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 15 min walk to the town centre. There are also 2 bus lines near the building so it's well connected. We had included breakfast which consisted of pastries and coffee (which was very good) from the Poli Opposti café.

This property used to belong to our grandparents. After their passing, it was sold and eventually became a hotel. We were curious to see how the home was renovated and were BLOWN AWAY by the work done. It was a sentimental stay for us, and the staff (Ms Leona and her daughter) made it especially soothing to our hearts. The price for the value is really great and travellers should really look into staying there and just make day trips around (Venice and other locations).
