Giuseppe was the perfect host and he should be the high standard for other bed and breakfast. He was very helpful to us for travel ideas and his homemade breakfast with strawberry delights are to look forward to. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for an early flight out of Rome and he prepared a very thoughtful bagged breakfast for us in our refrigerator. Perfect!! The rooms and facilities are all new and beautifully well designed. You will not be disappointed. The view of the lake is beautiful.

    Very cozy and well organised place with attraction for details. Very nice interior. Support during check-in. Absolutely amazing view from terrace. 1 hour to Rome by public transport. Strongly recommend if you need quiet and cozy place.
