Everything! Perfect location, perfect breakfast and coffee, spacious room. But most importantly our host Elisabetta was more than a host, she treated us as if we were a family, asking and offering us assistance, smiling all the time, and always ready to help. She gave us useful tips and kept checking on us to make sure we feel comfortable and happy during our short stay. and thanks to her, we sure felt very very happy!     Great location and easy to get to from train station. Well priced and quick serviced laundry across the road (pay by the bag). Plus the oldest and cheapest gelato place on the neighbouring street. Elevator handy to transport luggage. The two bedroom room apartment is tight but it’s just a room to sleep in. Two excellent air conditions are provided snd they are needed in the Rome heat. Breakfast is pastries and yogurts, with pre-sliced meat and cheese. Owners makes stove top coffee. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet once windows closed.
