The property is outstanding both with its luxurious decor and commodities! The room, felt more like an apartment; very airy and spacious! Everywhere and everything was spotless and the attention to little details made our stay even more enjoyable! We were greeted by Paolo who takes care of guests in the afternoon and Pamela who is usually around in the mornings! Both were extremely kind and passionate about their roles making us feel welcome instantly. The wellness centre located on the lower floor of the villa added a brilliant element to the place, where one could unwind and relax upon return! The villa is set slightly apart from the hustle of the town centre yet very close to restaurants and many places worth exploring in the area like Ortygia which is only a 10 min drive away! Definitely worth it! Would definitely stay here again should I revisit Siracusa. It is advisable to have a car though!

The professionalism, very clean and top-notch room, friendliness of the staff (especially Siria), and overall experience. Just watch your head if you're tall when entering the building as it has that old style italian door that are very short. Other than that, it's fully renovated and brand new.

Location is perfect near the bus station and Ortigia. Owner and his mother are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and had a terrace with a lovely view. Nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location was very good - walking distance from Ortigia and next to the archeological park. The room was clean and the bed - comfortable. There is a small kitchen where the breakfast is served. And it is a must to try the croissants with chocolate and with pistachio - absolutely delicious! Vittoria and Alex were great hosts.

Perfectly clean place, very friendly and helpful owner. There are 2 big supermarkets near around. Ortigia is about 15 min walking distance. We used public transportation, bus stop is 5 min away, train station 10 min from the property. It was so cool that owner provided coffee pods in the room and we could make a fresh coffee in the morning, in the common kitchen area. There is also a fridge which was helpful for us. Towels were also clean and good smell. :) It's also great that you don't need to have a key, because the doors are opening with a code.

We had a wonderful stay in this boutique hotel. It is spotless clean with spacious and very modern rooms! The breakfast was so fresh and tasty with many many options and its bed and pillows very comfortable. Parking is also available. Ortigia is just a 15’ walk from the hotel. What made our stay even better though, was the kindness of the people that we met there.     The room is very spacious, beautifully designed and very very clean. Air conditioning and wifi work very well. Very calm area and room, yet so close to ortigia (5-10min walk). Lucia was very welcoming and nice. The cleaning was always done on time and very well. The “hotel” is very small with only 2-3 rooms which makes it very quiet and charming. It felt private as we never saw anyone else than Lucia.
