Amazing place! Everything was incredibly beautiful and nice! The view is stunning, through the pine trees to the sea. Even more spectacular than in the pictures! The apartment was spacious with a perfect bathroom with a window and lots of space to stow everything for the whole family. Beds are comfortable. Huge balcony! Relaxing garden with huge old pine trees providing shade. We stayed on the sunbeds in the garden and walked through the gate directly onto the beach. It was the perfect mixture between privacy and beach. And no need to worry about our belongings, like phones etc. as the gate is locked. Very good homemade breakfast was served on the terrace by the owner itself which leads me to the best part of it: The owners! They are so friendly, polite, helpful, really just everything you can wish for! Alessandro provided us with all the information we could need. Restaurants, hiking trips, visits to Terracina and so on. And he always was at hand for any questions. The place would probably be called a very luxurious bed and breakfast - but it is so much more: It is a place where it felt like we were staying with good friends or even with family. Everything was better than 10 out of 10! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay at your place!

We fell in love with Sperlonga. Beautiful and clean beach. And what a lovely old town! One street cuter than the other. Amazing view of the sunset. Very cool boattrip to swim in the cave. The B&B itself is lovely and the people are very friendly.

The hotel location is excellent. Especially for the evening walks. Upstairs terrace with its fantastic view was a nice bunos to the experience to enjoy sunsets. Valeria from the teception was very helpful and nice. Everyhting was super comfortable and cosy. The only thing is that tou need to walk around 15-20 mins to get to the dedicated beach of the hotel but that was not a big deal for me because I enjoyed those walks on the beach. Also there are some other public beaches which you’re welcome to use too.

The family that operates the B&B is simply wonderful. Kind, warm, and generous people that go out of their way to make their guests feel special. Breakfast was a buffet of cakes, pastries, yogurts and assorted drinks that is uncommon for an Italian breakfast. Free beach is close by but the B&B has an arrangement with a nearby private beach (Summertime Lido) that makes rental of two chairs and an umbrella affordable. Room was comfortable, with beautiful Italian tile throughout. The gardens on the grounds, tended by the family matriarch, are simply gorgeous. Ample parking in an attached lot, which is also a scarcity in a popular beach town. Historic center is a short walk/bike ride away, which they provide free of charge. Special shout out to my friend Fabio, who helped accommodate a request by my 16 year old.

Close to everything, but you had to have a car, there is nothing within walking distance, everything you need is within ten minutes drive, getting to the beach is about five minutes. The breakfast was in a bar and was good, Coffee and brioche, but you had to drive and parking is difficult. The room was small but had everything we needed, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was very easy in the grounds of the building. Considering the price the whole stay was very good. The owner was friendly and helpful.

    We loved this boutique hotel. Great location, close to old town and beach with lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly when we arrived, they helped to park our car for 10 euros. Our seaview room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Water in the fridge, hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was the best! We pre-ordered and the restaurant was beautifully set out and looked stunning. All the food was cooked to order and was very impressive. Freshly made juices were fab. Wonderful, we will be back. Thank you!
