We honestly weren’t expecting to find such a paradise. This charming little vineyard house has only three rooms, each looking out onto the stunning Tuscan landscape. The owners are warm and welcoming, making the stay feel truly personal. Although the check-out time is officially 10:30, they kindly let us stay until the afternoon since the room was available, giving us more time to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. A perfect Tuscan escape!

Staying at Fabio's is well worth the trip off the main roads to the peace and quiet of the countryside. Fabio is the best host ever, providing us with wine from his vineyard and local produce when we arrived and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The room was very comfortable, very clean and very roomy. The building itself is historic and has lots of character, it has been quite recently converted into a b&b. Although the setting is rural there is a good restaurant just up the road and it is about 15 minutes drive from Arrezzo. Thank you Fabio for the cakes you gave us as we left and for lots of interesting conversations.

Everything was great: Miguel, the host, was a very friendly and helpful man. His English was not good but he really did his best to communicate with us. We could speak using English, Spanish and a bit of Italian. The appartment was great. Just like on the pictures. Beautifully decorated with natural elements and extremely clean (it looked brand new). You have an amazing view from all the windows in the appartment and the tiny town (Faltona) is amazingly quiet. The appartment came with a private toilet with a good shower and plenty of shampoo, handsoap, towels, toilet paper. The beds were very comfortable. The double bed was big enough for my partner (he is 1.88m tall). Breakfast was good: nice coffee, fruit juice, Italian ham, and home made Italian biscuits baked by the host's mother.

One of the best travel experiences in our lives. The villa and its location are magnificent. Not to mention marvellous garden and a great view of a Tuscan landscape. But the true advantage of the place is its owner. Rossana The Great :) To start with her tasty breakfasts with delicious homemade treats and finger-licking cakes (every day – different cake). Then come useful sightseeing advices which were invaluable even to us, seasoned travellers who had been countless times to Italy. No to mention that the villa and the guest rooms were pristine with garden flowers upon arrival. PS. We came as guests but we left as friends. Thank you for having us, Rossana.
