Apart from the beautiful peaceful location and the huge well equipped gardens and the comfortable beds,, the staff , in particular the host Antonio, were so wonderful. Antonio did so much to make our stay comfortable, lifts to the station organising car hire etc. recommending trips and restaurants. I have never known such a kind and helpful hotel manager. The restaurant with its lovely view also served fantastic breakfasts. Seriously one of the best hotels in the world. Certainly in Italy

I absolutely loved my stay here. I felt at home as soon as I walked through the building door welcomed by the courtyard. The space holds a warmth that feels cozy and sweet. Room was amazing and single room was perfect for a restful sleep. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, tucked away on a side street and with the main square just a few minutes away by foot. Breakfast had everything I could have wished for and the kitchen host made me a cappuccino that I enjoyed on the breakfast terrace. Owner was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Will definitely come back here!

Masseria Guadalupe was stunning. It was located perfectly, not too far from the main town of Ostuni and the beach but also far enough away that you felt you were tucked in a little heavenly retreat. It did not feel like a traditional hotel, more like a retreat where you could relax and unwind and be part of the community also staying here. The food was spectacular, an amazing chef. The rooms were out of this world, the best bed we both had ever stayed in. Also cannot finish this review without mentioning the hosts, and of course Jennifer and her incredible design - truly beautiful. Thank you for our time here - we will be back.

I never write reviews - in fact this is my first. This place is exceptional. I booked through this website and thought that the photo's looked lovely, but it exceeded my expectations in real life. It was impeccably clean, stylishly and thoughtfully designed, and incredibly relaxing. The owners were wonderful, absolutely went out out of their way to ensure we had the best stay. We were only there a few nights, but wish we'd had more. The pool was the highlight - easily accessible, the perfect size and simply dreamy. Breakfast was extraordinary. Home grown figs, local fruits, handmade cakes, jams and preserves, eggs from the local chickens. The kids loved the freshly made pancakes. We stayed for lunch one day, and again, it was fabulous.

Gorgeous, beautifully decorated/furnished/equipped little cave of your own for your stay in Ostuni. Ideal for the solo traveller. Very clever use has been made of what, I imagine, was once a storage space or large larder - there is a fenced-off hole in one corner which looks like it was a well or hidey-hole of some sort. The ambience is great; you really feel like you've merged into the walls of the old fortified town. The bathroom is small, but so far has been the most superbly designed and equipped on my long trip. I had a quiet, dark and comfortable night's sleep. Church bells may wake you in the morning! I stayed in low season, so I can't say what kind of noise people might create in the summer, but at least you won't suffer passing traffic. The price is a notch or two higher than other places out of season, but it was worth every cent in my opinion - plus you get a breakfast included at a lovely location right by the cathedral. Claudio is a super-attentive host, ready to tell you all you wish to know, and respond to your every need. Thanks for your hospitality, Claudio!
