In a word, everything! I was a little worried about finding it up the narrow road, but needn't have been: the parking area is even solid enough for a moto. What a beautiful cool room awaited me with rustic hand crafted furniture, making for an amazingly comfortable bed, and the most supportive chair also. Breakfast was tasty with home cooking and their own produce: all perfectly adequate. Cold water and hot coffee were freely available at all times. I would like to return: thank you for everything.

Absolute great stay. Good communication with the host who is also very helpful. Super clean room, spacious and great aircon. Everything modern. Shower like a pressure washer, very nice. I also loved Foligno, even though it's not really a tourist destination. It made the perfect base, had a good vibe, great restaurants with good value for money and the best pistachio ice cream I had in my life. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Perfect location, close to everything including the station and bus stop. Would definitely stay again.

Just in front of the train station, and not far from the center. Rita is very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and quiet, with tv, and the bed is comfortable. In the kitchen, coffee machine, fridge, and filtered water are available. There are also shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Excellent. Very comfortable, clean, excellent location. Very friendly and hospitable host who communicated via WhatsApp before I arrived to ensure I had all the information I needed. Tea, coffee and modest breakfast provided. I had a room upgrade from the singe room I'd booked which wad also a nice surprise.

The apartments were superb, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and ideally located just around the corner from the centro storico. They were perfect for our family group. Alessandro is the perfect host, prompt responses, so helpful, attending to every need. We absolutely loved staying here and can highly recommend Guest House Foligno Porta Romana.

A unique stay in a castle, wonderful breakfast, lovely hosts who gave great advice on the local area . The rooms are excellent and really clean, with thoughtful touches.. It is a great base location in central Umbria from which to go visit other Umbrian towns. We already plan to return in summer and will be bringing two or our friends - highly recommended. Thank you!

    Nice owner-lady. Offered me a room on the back side of the property with a seperate entrance to my room from a quiet side.street. For me and my bike very comfortable - I did not even unload my bike to enter the room(s). Rooms well furnished, and eqiped, containing all the staff you need for a short or long stay. By the way, I am terrible sorry for my previous (bad) rating, mistaking wonderfull Residenza SantEmiliano with a B&B I stayed before!!!

    Good value and very pleasant property and host Eduardo. A short walk into the town to explore and eat. Just the job for a one night stop on a road trip through Umbria. Quiet and with a nice view.
