Beautiful ancient Villa in the northern part of Lecco. Super comfortable and relaxing place where to stay. The Villa is immersed in a beautiful park where there is also space to park the car. Pay attention to the gate when you enter in the Villa with the car because the road is very narrow as well as the gate itself. Viviana the host is super available and super kind.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at the B&Bike. It was a familiar atmosphere and everybody was really friendly. We loved the room and also the location of B&Bike. Would definitely recommend it, especially if you are looking for a quiet and familiar atmosphere for your holiday.

We had the nicest stay at Picobello. Our room was very spacious and impeccably designed, with a view of the mountains plus our own little balcony. Kaja, one of the hosts, welcomed us and gave us lots of useful tips on how to get around (they have even set up a corner by the entrance with some booklets and guidebooks). In the room we found complimentary sweets and infusions and while we didn't have a kitchen, we had everything else we could need for a meal: a mini fridge, plates, cutlery, cups and napkins. We also appreciated that they had left some umbrellas for the guests to borrow, as we got some rainy days. As for the location, while Mandello isn't exactly one of the most touristic spots, we actually liked it as a getaway from the hustle of other towns along the lake. It still remains perfectly comfortable to get around: you can take direct trains to Varenna, Bellano, Lecco and Milan, or a ferry to Bellagio or Lecco and from there to Tremezzo, Menaggio, Lenno and many more! Picobello itself is just a short walk from both the train and the ferry stations (about 10 min) and just 5 mins from the lake. There's also a number of restaurants close by, and we particularly liked the bakery on Via Alessandro Manzoni (I'd say don't leave without trying their pistacchio cannoli or the mushroom pizza, but really everything was superb and fairly priced.)

It is a wonderful place for a city break, very close to the train station and the ferryboat, just 5 minutes away. Close to Bellagio, Mengio and Varrena which are the most beautiful towns on Lake Como. Is a wonderful location, where the soul of the house is Lucia. A person who is happy with every person who enters her house. Everything is carefully decorated, with good taste, and with furniture of very good quality! The breakfast was varied and delicious
