The hotel is located near the US embassy, there are many shops and a few cafes nearby. The kitchen is beautiful, large and well-equipped, I cooked breakfast and dinner there every day. The rooms are small, but there is a specious lounge zone where I worked.

A corner of peace in the heart of the capital. Practically in the city centre, a few steps from the Bayterek (visible from the window), rather easy to reach. The room is cozy, clean and comfortable. The owner was kind to us from the first moment and she was very helpful. Strongly recommended for stays of any length.

Hotel staff here is more friendly and positive than you even can imagine. All the things like air conditioner and elevator work fine. Absolutely no problems at all even if you arrive at 3 am. We left our luggage on reception for six hours after handing off the hotel room's kees without any extra fees. That's amazing! Breakfast was tasty and even a child can find something to grab.

I checked out the room and then in the airport I got the news that my flight was delayed for 5 hours. I came back in the hotel and they allowed me to stay in my room. Thanks for understanding. The hotel doesn't offer food though they recommended the good restaurant nearby. They have a driver to arrange a transfer when necessary. So nice when we were in a rush to the airport!I

Thank you for comfortable and convenient accommodation. There is a little coffee shop near it, location is perfect. Service is really good. I don't usually feel comfortable in new places, but everything was very cozy here.

This is a very nice little hotel, which is located near a noisy street, but the hotel itself is quite. The check-in is very convenient, I arrived very late in the evening, but the owners sent me detailed instructions and the code for the door via WhatsApp, and I entered without any problems. Right next building is a former McDonald's (which is now called differently in Kazakhstan). My room was not very big, but comfortable and had a balcony. I walked to the beautiful new city center in about ten minutes. Plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Simple, but comfortable apartment with a wonderful view of the city centre. Friendly and helpful keepers. Very good location and close distance to the shops and restaurants.
