- The owners are very nice people - Welcome drink freshly squeezed juice - We were well received even though we arrived at 3am - We were seen off at 6 am and they even gave us a wrapped breakfast to go - Beautiful fan in the room - Breakfast included in the price - Spacious bathroom - Purity - Mosquito net - There is a table and a chair (for us it was a workplace) - Wardrobe with shelves - Outdoor daytime sofa with coffee table - Large common area with dining area - Neat garden - Proximity to the ocean - Quietly, you can only hear the birds and the ocean - Feeling of personal space

This property was located close to town and all the restaurants as well as the most wonderful little swim beach! Kevin was an incredible host and the rooms were large and clean! As we traveled out of season breakfast wasn’t provided, but we were able to use the kitchen to make ourselves meals. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful sea views in a peaceful setting. The place feels private and is run by a lovely family who are so welcoming, kind, and accommodating - they really made us feel at home. The location is ideal if you want to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Arugam Bay, while still being just an easy walk into the main area. Would highly recommend!

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. We were booked in to stay for 8 nights and ended up staying two weeks. The people who run the hotel are so nice and friendly. The rooms are really big with a perfect AC and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is so really big and made life very easy to stay here for two weeks. Outside there’s is also a clothes line to dry clothes as well as a personal seating area. I couldn’t ask for a better place especially at the price. 100% will be back

Really nice place! One minute from the beach and 15 minutes from whisky point (surf spot). Kind and always available staff. The owner organised for us the Kumana Safari (just two of us on the Jeep), the Lagoon safari and the road trip to Ella, everything without commissions. We also tried the restaurant and was really good, always fresh fish and fresh fruit.

    We loved everything about this place! The staff is something else - so kind, helpful and welcoming. They make the best breakfast with everything one could dream of :-) Thanks to you three for making our one week stay so memorable. Besides that the location of the hotel was priceless: close to everything (the beach, restaurants etc.) yet so quiet and private. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Arugam Bay! And we’d love to come back.
