I took non A/C room, which was very spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and common space perfect for working. WiFi is very reliable and fast. The owner is very nice and ready to help. The location is perfect. Opposite the house there is a small shop.

This place is such a hidden gem! 2minutes away from Coral beach! And surrounded with greenery! The cabins especially the bathroom looks beautiful! And Brenda is the sweetest person & such a good cook! Yummmm! Loved all the conversations we had over dinner! Kajaa drove us around for a sightseeing trip! Don’t miss out on this! My little girl is asking me when we can go back to Brenda! We all loved this place !

Our room was spacious – with a private bathroom, balcony overlooking the garden, crisp AC, reliable Wi‑Fi, and great comfort overall . It quickly became our peaceful little haven after a day in the sun. But what truly set this place apart was the warmth of the hosts—Suman, Mallika, and their family. They greeted us even during our early arrival, having our room already prepared . Mallika’s home‑cooked Sri Lankan breakfast on the terrace was a daily treat—delicious, generous, and served with heartfelt kindness . The atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming—complete with friendly cats, chickens wandering through the garden, and a homely ambience that truly made us feel “at home” . They went above and beyond by helping arrange tuk‑tuks, and transfers, you name it—with helpful, local insider knowledge . In short: Location: 2–3 minute walk to the beach, with easy access to local attractions Accommodation: Clean, comfortable rooms with AC, private bathroom, balcony/garden view Hosts: Exceptionally friendly, considerate, and accommodating Extras: Tasty breakfasts, reliable Wi‑Fi, bike/tuk‑tuk tours, laundry, on‑site parking We wholeheartedly recommend Suman Beach Rooms if you're after a genuine, comfortable, and caring place to stay in Nilaveli. The white house is the place to stay in Trincoo! It felt safe and like home since the beginning. Only 2min walk to the beach. The hostel and surrounding like the garden is decorated nicely. The owner Rangan is so kind and funny and helps you with everything! We made a day trip to Pigeon Island for snorkeling and we had the best time and the memories we won’t forget. Also the breakfast is super tasty! We will come back for sure to this place!

Absolutely loved our stay here. An idyllic setting right on the beach, with the softest sand and clear blue water. The staff made our stay, all so friendly and welcoming, especially the owner Mandy. She welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel right at home, she can't do enough for you! Food is also amazing and home cooked - we ate all of our meals here over the 3 days. Highly recommend a stay!
