Great service from the owner and it was a nice extra to see that there is a new Pool now! Breakfast and Dinner was amazing! Thanks to the cook!;) They helped us with the taxi and we could use the Bikes to go to the Beach and watch the Sunset! Amazing place to relax! Still a small biulding site around but its not that bad.

Since the beginning, Sifraz, the host, was really friendly and kind. He explained me everything about Kalpitiya: a short cut to the beach, where to eat, transport from there… He is a really helpful and friendly guy, focused and interested in make your staying the most comfortable possible. The room is big, with a nice and comfortable bed, provided by a necessary mosquito net. Washroom is also big, and everything was really clean. They provide you of towel and filtered water. I just stayed one night but if I go back to Kalpitiya I’ll definitely repeat.

With his finnish friend, Inna, we remade the world around squid in coconut milk From the garden/grilled fish (bought together not far from the fishermen) and good local béer! recommend these paratas for breakfast. We had such a great time at Ruuk Village! It is off the beaten path, but within an incredible nature at a beautiful beach. We had a lovely wooden cabana with open air bathroom which was clean and equiped with everything you need. But the best was the staff: they welcomed us preparing a private dinner at the wooden walkway over the lagoon, made delicious food (responding special wishes), organized memorable trips and even brought us to a doctor when needed. We really felt at home, couldn't have been better. Thank you for generating these unforgetable experience!
