Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, apartment is very big and comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and all needed cutlery, pots and pans! Very clean and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows.

it’s the best place to stay in mount lavinia :) every time we are in colombo we come back there. the place is nice, clean, comfortable, has a cool pool and very helpful and friendly staff. the location is perfect because you are close to the beach, all the shops, restaurants and main road but it’s not too noisy and busy around. totally recommend. the building itself is a very nice old house and has its unique atmosphere.

A really beautiful place to stay in Colombo. Rooms lovely and clean with comfortable bed and hot shower, all set in a very relaxing house and quiet street. Beautiful property with a lovely view of the ocean from the rooftop - all the staff were welcoming and went out of their way to be kind and helpful! Rooms had AC and were nice and cold and they have a good location on a more private road, very close to places you can buy SIM cards if at the start of your stay 😌😌

    Everything was perfect. Room clean and spacious with kettle, tea, coffea, towels, linens, confortable bed. Nice common places and terrasse to relax. Great location, close to restaurants, shops and beach but very quiet. And most of all, very nice staff, helpull and who take time to give a lot of advices. We highly recommend!

    Great location in the heart of Mt Lavinia although doesn't feel like it with the property having a beautiful garden which is so quiet and tranquil. The bungalows themselves are very comfortable and spacious.

    Great location, quiet and close to the beach. Great staff, unobtrusive but always there when you need them. Early check in and late check out, sorted out problems with the safe quickly, gave us a free upgrade. Quality sheets and towels.
