Location: unbeatable. In literally 2 minutes you are in a nice and not crowded beach. Staff: nice, polite and helpful. The owner was even speaking Italian fluently and we really enjoyed talking with him and the staff. They even cooked a delicious local dinner for us. Room: big and clean, with a nice balcony from where you can see the sea.

Everything! The location was perfect - an oasis! The host welcomed us and fed us the most delicious lunch and dinner. We could’ve stayed a few more nights but we had to continue. This place is a gem! Would return in a heart beat. Highly recommended.

Second visit, its really a great place close to the best beach (where you can always swim) the breakfast is teal mice and dinner offer the best fresh seafood around. Just order before 2 pm

Nice secluded location, new building, clean and comfortable, great view from verandah over palms to ocean. Breakfast plentiful and staff very friendly and helpful I think we were first westerners to stay here and provide objective review. Read others and make your own conclusions.

The staff person Sindu is Really nice person. He treated us really well with his family. The food that they provided are really tasty. we really enjoied a lot. Very very big thanks should go to sindu. I think if he is not there I would not have visit their again. Really appreciate his hard work to make us stay over their fantastic.

From the dining area we could see and hear the sea. It was magical. The food was delicious and the staff did everything to make us comfortable and happy. We loved staying here!

I almost never give a 10 out of 10 rating. What Ashok is doing with this place sets a new standard for Sri Lankan hospitality. The rooms are faultless, great bed, great space, super new and clean. His food is also super tasty and his support and friendly attitude is just wonderful.
