It's a charming place with superb location - the waves start 15 meters from the door of the dorm, and the break is beginner-friendly. The Boom is a 20-minute walk away, very doable. The beach is quiet with beautiful little waves great for long boarders or kids. There is a large shared kitchen and nice shared seating area to hang out in. It has a really friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We had a large private room with our own bathroom.
