    The place is located in the historical center of Assen. It's close to all the restaurants but it's still very quiet and the rooms are quite spacious. The train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Breakfast is brought to the room in a trolley and you can enjoy it at your own pace. The best part was the kindness of the hosts, they were so welcoming and helpful. They have that humanity and empathy that you don't really see in the Randstad nowadays.

    Outstanding building, very high ceilings. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed. Great communication from owners, from beginning of booking to checking out. Great location.
