Getting in with a code is super convenent, especially if you travel late. There was fruit and biscuits waiting at reception, which was lovely, as well as wine, sweets, peanuts and soft drinks in the fridge (which I thought is a mini bar and I have to pay for them, but everything ended up being complimentary). The bed was nice, comfy and the room was quiet.

The room was located above a lovely cafe / bar in a nice residential area close to center. The bed was very comfortable. The sitting area, balcony, and beautiful bathroom with a heated towel rack were fantastic. We also appreciated the coffee and tea. We checked in on a Monday when the cafe was closed, but communication on their lockbox was excellent! We ate at the cafe on our second night, and the food and drinks were very great. I didn’t notice any noise or scents from the restaurant as the room faces the courtyard. The stairs were quite Dutch, but that’s why you use the handrail and watch your steps. We travel frequently to the Netherlands to visit our daughter, and this was one of our favorite accommodations to date!

I really loved the apartment. It's so beautiful, clean, in good-taste and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bed was big and comfy, the room was equipped with everything one needs for spending a night somewhere. The host was also very friendly :-)

I had a fantastic stay at the B&B Hotel in Eindhoven! The location was super convenient, with easy access to the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for the price—perfect for a cozy, no-fuss stay. The highlight, though, was the hospitality. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with tips on exploring the city or making sure everything was just right.
