Waters Edge B&B is perhaps the best place we stayed on our two-week trip to New Zealand. It is centrally located right at the beach, and one can walk across. We just strolled along to the beach to the Marina, which has lots of dining options. The hosts, Don and Heather, were both warm and considerate. They took every care to make us comfortable and gave us helpful advice on where to dine and what route to take to our next stop. The breakfast was substantial, exquisitely presented, and served on a deck with a full water view. What a great way to start a lovely day in Whitianga.

A spacious and immaculate, squeaky-clean suite that is perfect for two people, well-furnished with microwave, fridge, and even a Nespresso coffee machine, a great location just a couple of blocks from downtown, friendly and very helpful owners (Jocelyn & Murray), fabulous breakfasts, outside covered patio for morning breakfasts, excellent WiFi, a super-comfy bed, safe off-street parking, and lots of considerate little extras like cookies, chocolates, fresh fruit, Nespresso pods, and tourist information. In summary, we consider ourselves very lucky that we were able to get a booking here and experience Kiwi hospitality at its finest.

We enjoyed staying at Annabells B&B so much! Beverly & David are really nice, the breakfast was delicious and the 2 cats are so cute! We loved the comfy luxury suite, the amazing view and the stargazing at night. We highly recommend to stay there.

Taigh na Mara was a very nice B&B. The bed was very comfortable and our room was clean and spacious. We also liked our good sized bathroom and the outside patio area. Carol our host was lovely and provided us with lots of useful information about the area and the bucket and spade she lent us for Hot Water Beach was a bonus! Carol provided us with a lovely breakfast and it was good to chat with her and other guests. The atmosphere was always very relaxed and we felt well looked after. The B&B is located 20 mins north of Whitianga and has a fabulous beach just across the road from the house. Staying on the Coromandel Peninsula Taigh na Mara was the perfect accommodation for us.

    Great location with spectacular views of the bay from the bedroom, pool or breakfast/lounge area. Spa Pool is awesome with stunning night or day views. Room is comfortable, with all necessities and heaps of luxury supplies. David is a master at hosting and makes guests feel absolutely welcome, with friendly chats and tons of activity, dining and entertainment recommendations. Privacy was never an issue when we needed it.

    We loved everything about Parkland Place! Maria and Guy are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was delicious and generous. I especially loved the fresh fruit. The location was quiet with a little river in back. The beach is a quick walk away. The main town is very nearby. Our room was fantastic with a private back patio facing beautiful foliage with the river just beyond. We had a king bed and spa bath - all sparkling clean.

    Absolutely amazing bed and breakfast in Whitianga with great location. Clean, cozy rooms with comfy beds, private patio, bathroom with a large bath and shower, separate toilet, microwave, washing machine with laundry liquid, drayer, hair drayer, toaster, fridge with all nessesaties, free wifi. They even provide a free shovel for digging a pool on Hot Water beach! The guest unit has a private entrance and 1 carpark. The place is quite but a dog and a cat live in the house. Highly recommended B&B. Thank you Jennie and Peter!
