This place is fantastic, the apartment was beautiful with a wrap around terrace and it was super spacious, clean and had all the amenities. The location was amazing and despite being the in the centre of the old town it was very quiet.

The hotel room is more like a self service apartment. The room is very large and also has use of a kitchen and lounge with large screen TV shared with another room on the same floor. We never worked out how to get the TV to work but everything else was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent position in the centre of the old town surrounded by bars, restaurants and cultural sites. We used Uber drivers and they found the hotel easily. I imagine car rental is a nightmare due to lack of parking space and busy traffic around the old town. Air conditioning worked well.

Absolutely lovely!!! I booked here after an absolutely horrible experience at another hotel. The place is exactly - if not better - than it appears in the photos. The staff/family is so kind and welcoming and were very patient with my poor Spanish. The hot water, water pressure and air conditioning all worked fantastically which are items that sometimes are lacking. My only regret is not booking here for the entirety of my trip.

I loved staying at Hostal Panama Experience. Its a great place to meet nice people, have a drink, leave for a bar at night, and eat delicious breakfast in the morning. The staff is super welcoming and helped me with all questions around the airport, the security of the neighborhood, and so on. Its really central and I enjoyed walking around at night and check out the area. Also it was very clean and the beds with ACs comfortable. I would love to come back soon - a highly recommended hostal! A big thank you to Onan and the owner !
