How amazing is the owner and her family of Cool Breeze Lodge and Cafe! Very new, clean, nice decor, great food all day and the stunning view of Banaue and the Rice Terraces. A 3 minute walk to the Tourist Office, vans to Sagada, Bonton and the museum. A further 3 minutes walk and you will find yourself in the market square with jeepneys, motorbikes, tricycles, shops, food and the height of activity. There is parking or ask to arrange a private driver.

The hotel staff was very enthusiastic in telling us stories about the Philippines and the rice terraces from the past to the present, which raised my resolution about the Philippines and its World Heritage sites, and I had a wonderful few days.
