The location of the house indeed is just near the hills, though limestone hills are actually scattered around the island. There are several hangout places in the house such as the living room, dining room and even the terrace which are very suitable for a group of, say, seven people or so. Solo and group travellers can take advantage of the other services offered by the host. A tip: you may ask the host for suggestions on the 'hidden gems' of the island as the host can also be hired as a local guide. The hosts were amazingly helpful the place was super clean with great aircon. Easy access to the Chocolate Hills, Adventure Park and Pigmy monkey sanctuary. We also hired scooters from them to look around. Great experience. We caught a local bus from Tubigon Authority Port which was super easy. We had 2 nights there. Travelled as a family - 2 adults, 2 teenagers

Our stay was truly amazing. The owners go to great lengths to ensure that you want for nothing. The restaurant serves delicious Filipino food and for breakfast we had a super tasty omlet with fresh papaya straight from the garden. The rooms are large and very clean. We can highly recommend a stay here.

Volveremos. The location is very convenient, close to Tubigon port. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it had both air conditioning and a fan. The pool is perfect for relaxing, and we were also able to rent a motorbike for 600 pesos a day to explore the island. The best part, without a doubt, was the kindness of the owners, Ruudies and María, as well as all the staff. We especially want to highlight María: always attentive at breakfast, sharing her knowledge about Filipino cuisine and culture. After a morning conversation about sea grapes, that very same evening she surprised us with an incredible seaweed salad and breaded pork. A wonderful and unexpected gesture that made our stay even more special.

The place was nice. There is no need to use aircon because the place was cold at night till morning because it was surrounded by the tree and flowers. The owner was so nice and the breakfast was so delicious and we are satisfied. I just want to say 100/10 overall.
