They are very helpful and helped us booking trips and rides, or just provided us the needed information. Coffee/tea and water is for free. Other drinks are offered cheap. They even allowed to use their kitchen as it was ours. The location is in the seafront in a quiet genuine neighborhood. Just a short walk from the city center.
