The place is newly erected, they were not that prepared too much and i guess we were probably the first or second guest because some rooms have still bit of dust from construction but despite small mishaps from start of their operation, the service was great. All of the things are new, they even gave us kitchenwares and things we needed to use. Wifi was good, signal was good. Staff was very accomodating 24/7 and they made sure to helped us althroughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and treated like family. We will definitely come back. We were even noisy at the morning and all was ok so i thanked the neigborhood and they even gave me a space to park; felt like it was more of a team building than a business trip. This is what i am always looking for when i go outside, a home outside of home.

Very comfortable room, clean, proper sanitary. The food was excellent and the hosts are superb. They provide lots of information about the area. They are even willing to give you a tour. Very friendly and their English is fluent.

Everything. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Everything was wonderful. I've stayed in budget hotels all over the world and this one was the best. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 24/7. Room was a budget room but clean comfortable excellent A/C good reception on tv and the shower was brilliant, easy temperature control and well powered, not experienced a shower that good in a budget hotel before. 2 minutes walk to bus terminal and SM shopping mall Would highly recommended to anyone staying in Lipa

This is our 2nd time staying in the resort. It's a nice place for weekend break to escape from the crowded city. We met the owner and she is kind and friendly. She showed the diversity of the plants in the nature garden. All are amazing.

This place should be way above its rating on Booking. Firstly, it's great value for money. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and an ensuite bathroom too. Secondly, there is an excellent in-house pizza restaurant too. The setting, with a lots of greenery around the rooms and restaurant gives the place a calming setting. Above all the staff are great, thank you Matteo, Lissa , Ryan, Rachael and Macchiato the cat and all the others that make it a happy atmosphere. There is an excellent launderette called Blooms not far away, a transport terminal close by and plenty of shops too. You can walk into the centre or take a Jeepney for very little. All in all a good place to stay.

Toni, Owen and the team were very accommodating and helped us by storing our bags, providing bowls and cutlery and allowing us to wait at the hotel in the evening for our lift to our next destination. The room was big and very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The cleaning service was very thorough. The room had a table with two chairs, which was super convenient for eating. It was fantastic having breakfast delivered to the room each morning. The location was amazing, very quiet with breathtaking views of the Taal Lake and an easy walk to 711, several restaurants and a laundry shop. It was very easy to find tricycles around the hotel to take us around.

very nice view of the Taal lake while dipping in the pool, very homey & quiet, the staffs are all very friendly & accommodating all our requests. will definitely go back.
