WouroBa is an absolutely fantastic property. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The facilities were great – a pool and a gorgeous lounge area. Our hosts, Veronique and Latif, could not have been more hospitable, really going out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Veronique is an exceptional cook and serves phenomenal breakfasts too! Finally, the area was great for us. Near enough to Fadiouth to visit as a daytrip, and only a short walk to Mbodiene’s lagoon. If you’re interested in birds you will see some incredible species in the garden at WouroBa as well as in the surrounding area.

Amazing, friendly vibe. It’s a small place so you get to know the other guests, staff and of course Ivan (and his many dogs!) very well. We loved this - Ivan could even maybe suggest group tours so guests can mingle more if they’d like. I am a vegan and Ivan went out of his way to help cater for me - he bought special ingredients for my meals which I was very grateful for! There were also kayaks and it was very easy to book tours through Ivan, such as to Sine Saloum Delta

Nice place, clean and quiet. Mamadou was a good host and he gave us a lot of good informations. We arrived really late due the delay of the air plain and the waited for us till late in the night

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Maison Chocolat, and I can’t recommend it enough! The continental breakfast each morning was a true delight, featuring a wonderful selection of fresh fruits and other local delicacies that made every meal a feast for the senses. I loved the location! It's right on the beach. The staff and the owner are very nice, and the breakfast was amazing! I totally recommend staying there. I'm coming back for sure.

Exceptionally friendly owner and ready to help with any questions. Clean rooms and nicely furnished accommodation. New swimming pool is an added value. By the way, the owner also speaks fluent Italian and English, which is a rarity among room owners here.

We just stayed a night, but we loved the place and our host Nour. She helped us by organizing a taxi transport to the airport, solved money problems and many things more. We have a lot of respect for her energy and were inspired by Nours plans for the place. The building has a nice rooftop with couches to chill and a great view to the sea. Our room was in mint condition, with a soft bed and proper mosquito nets, ac, fridge and ventilation. Toilet is shared but totally fine. European Restaurants are to be found nearby. Local african (street)food were hard to find in the neighborhood, so we walked about 15 minutes into the city until we found cheap and good stuff. The beach is very close.
