Guys, this place is perfect, Toutou, the host, is very sociable, available and extremely helpfull. The place is in a good location, in the medina of Hamman Sousse; is clean, comfortable. Despite that, the accomodations are vary cheap. Suggested 110%

Everything about Dar Hkaïm is absolutely perfect. Toutou went out of his way to help and there was always someone cleaning, caring or just greeting and ask how I am doing. The extra effort was never to much for him and I will definitely recommend Dar Hkaïm without any doubt. The room is very beautiful with its own Tunisian traditional touch created by Toutou. I like the possibilities of preparing your own meal in the kitchen and the lovely blue yard where you can mediate or have a cup of coffee between the Blue coloured walls. It gives you such a positive energy with a lot of peace.
