The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating to our special dietary needs and made inquiries before the stay. The shower was amazing, too! Loved it. Another thing I love is the hairdryer they provided. Most places provide hairdryers that don’t work well, but I love theirs! There was a small basket of goodies and some bottled water. The bed was clean and I comfortable. Overall, it was a remarkable stay, and I feel so lucky to have discovered this place.

The owners are very very nice people. I come very late at night and they still waited for me and I got a hearty reception . Further she drove at least 3 km with a scooter to show me an onsen. Surely I visit this place again!

The hotel is run by an elderly couple who spoke no English but did everything they could to resolve all our concerns. Each room came with its own hot tub which worked perfectly. The room was very spacious.
