Everything was beyond perfect. Judy and Ray are fantastic hosts - they give great advice for your vacation, offer excellent service and make you feel incredibly welcome without being intrusive. The rooms are beautifully furnished, freshly renovated, and private, they all come with a fridge and complimentary beverages and snacks. Everything is well thought out and of the highest standards. The Location in Chatham is perfect. You're a short walk from Main St. which holds great shops and restaurants. The beach is super close. Me and my family absolutely loved our vacation in Cape Cod which is greatly due to this beautiful, authentic, family run INN.

Excellent location with view of the beach and ocean, room was impeccable and kitchenette just perfect to prepare a cooked meal. Lovely shower room, plenty of towels and very clean. Beach towels also provided. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

Loved our room. It was large, spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom/shower was great too. The whole place was immaculate. Breakfast was very good. The owner was very welcoming and most helpful. Would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful Inn with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, and all homemade 😋 There were also lots of extras....help yourself sodas, snacks, coffee etc. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was also a very useful fridge in the room & corkscrew 🍷 It was lovely to have a gym, sauna & exercise pool too. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything! Location was great. The accommodation had everything you need and was very clean. Loved the shower! Outside looked lovely but wrong time of year for us to use the pool. Can’t fault it.

Phil & Silvia were great hosts, and made us feel welcome from check-in, all the way through to our last minutes on the property. They provided plenty of recommendations; places to eat, things to do and see, etc. The room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Lots of windows to let in natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. All amenities were provided (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.). The water pressure in the shower was great. Air conditioning worked well. The property was no different, it was very well maintained. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the property; bean bag toss, mini soccer nets, lots of chairs around the pool. There was a grilling area with grilling utensils. There was also a family of resident goats tucked away in their own little corner of the property. They provided complimentary continental breakfast each morning. They provided us with bikes (incl. Helmet and bike lock) to ride around town and fitness equipment (yoga mats, small weights, elastic bands, foam roller, etc.) to do some exercises in our room. Great location, nearby to great restaurants, ice cream, liquor, convenience stores, beaches, etc... We can't say enough good things about this place and would recommend Sesuit Harbor House to anyone visiting Cape Cod.

Lovely inn with super room and excellent people running it. Really good breakfast every day with a great continental breakfast selection. Helped us with a minor crisis so extremely grateful.
