Very Basic but for the price it was excellent. The front desk and dinning areas were terrific and very clean.

Built in 1887, the Colonial Inn comprises four buildings and is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops along Shore Road.

Location fantastic for both Wells and Ogunquit. Great host in Patrick who cooked fantastic breakfasts! Room was large with great shower and ac. Pool looked fantastic (unfortunately rained quite a bit when we were there so didn’t use) gardens were beautiful. Great easy parking and within walking distance to may restaurants

The hosts were welcoming, kind and provided clear instructions. We stayed in the original main house and it was great to have a chance to stay in one of the classic houses we had seen on our road trip. Bed was king size, comfortable and even though it was close to a main road, it was quiet during the night. Everything we needed or wanted to see was at hand or handy including the Neddick Nubble Light, Restaurants and the coastline

The best hotel in town. Very easy to locate, right across the street of the ocean, staff were the best, parking available on site, very clean, room was perfect, bed was so comfortable, A/C working very well, room was equipped with everything you need, loved our stay! Our room #15 had a view to the ocean when sitting on the patio. There's nothing bad to say about this place!

Breathtaking! One of the most exquisite B & B I’ve ever saw and stayed in. Owners very welcoming and informative! The breakfast was cooked and varieties were well paired….each 2 courses. The location 1/2 block from the beach. And enjoy the sunset from the back deck want to return asap! Can’t wait!!
