This is a very nice small hotel in District 9. The staff is very helpful, the room was spacious , bed comfortable and air conditioning was working perfectly fine. The area is quiet so it's a good place for someone who works remotely. It's a bit far from the city centre so I wouldn't recommend it for tourists visiting HCMC for 1-2 days but if you are looking for a place to work or need temporary accommodation while looking for an apartment for rent, it's a great choice.

I enjoyed my stay. The room is a bit small, but there's plenty of storage space. The hotel has everything you need (a shared kitchen with fridge, kettle etc. and a washing machine on the rooftop), and the owner I spoke with was very nice and helpful. The location is a bit difficult to find, but the owner will pick you up, and once you figure out the way, it's not that complicated. The hotel was also in a quiet location and I was able to sleep well.

Hotel is in a Great Location, heaps of nice coffee shops and bars are close by but quiet in the hotel itself. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Lam and Mai. We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again already for our last nights in Saigon.
