The owner of Ridgeview as well as the personell are just the most friendly people you´ll ever meet. They make amazing english breakfast as well as drinks in the evening, and if you want to get a ride through the city they can organize that as well. I was working in Durban and stayed at Ridgeview for 3 weeks, and the team at Ridgeview really made me feel like i was right at home every single day! So, if you want to visit Durban, which i would highly recommend, i suggest you stay at Ridgeview. There is just no place quite like it.

A beautiful house near the beach. The rooms (with kitchen, dining and sitting area) are very spacious and very tastefully decorated. Also a large terrace with beautiful garden furniture. In the garden a large swimming pool with sunbeds. Everything was also spotless. A very tasty breakfast.

Very good staff and full support. Rooms equiped with fridge, still water, kettle, coffee, etc. Microwave, plate, teaspoon, iron, etc. available. Smart TV has got common functions like Netflix much appreciated. WiFi, parking available. Only negative is, little bit away from town. But their price is cheaper compared with other accomodations. All in all, I recommend.
