Every single thing! The attention to detail, the design, the hospitality, the views, the amenities, literally everything was exceptional. To top it off there were zebras in the estate too! But in all honesty, it was the nicest hotel / lodge I have ever stayed at. Pichy and Bjorn have honestly thought of it all and it honestly goes to show. The food, the experiences and their communication was 11/10. I would recommend Pure Sea Boutique Lodge to all. I really do hope that I will be back !

The location is incredible. The accommodation itself was very welcoming and they did everything to make us feel special and to make sure our stay would be extraordinary. Located in a safe, guarded area. There were zebra’s! I’m sure you could also see some whales if you are lucky. You could also take a walk on the beach, which is so beautiful.

Very nicely decorated rooms, feels like home. Friendly hosts and a tasty breakfast on the upper deck. Possible to park in the garage right next to the room. Very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Reggie was a perfect host. We were made welcome, looked after properly, and had a superb dinner and perfect breakfast for our needs. The main room we were allocated was unbelievably well appointed with an amazing view. We look forward to a whale-watching re-visit in 2023. A stunning property and stay. The view from the breakfast room is unbeatable. The hosts, Gideon and Gill, attend to every need and are passionately dedicated to ensuring their guests have the very best time. Gideon provided me with so many tips about interesting things to do locally and further afield in the Western Cape. The breakfast was divine and food orders very flexible with a large choice of options. The lodge’s employed staff were amazing. Cliff Lodge a great place to relax, unwind, find inner peace and appreciate the vastness of the sea.

Breathtaking views, super spacious bedroom and bathroom (with double shower heads and a bath tub). Location was ideal for shark diving and away from the busier streets of Gansbaai, which made it more relaxing. Hosts were exceptional, providing great recommendations and service.     Great location right at the Ocean front. Family Room booked by me was very cosy, neat & clean and very comfortable. Villieria…our host & owner of the property is a great host & she took good care of us. She even guided us with suggestions for local tours & restaurants. Breakfast provided was of exceptional quality. We stayed in the property for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
