I loved the location, right next to the mountain and river. The cottage is well decorated, all the small conveniences supplied: fridge, microwave (at a request) and candles👍🏾. The staff were really helpful, friendly and accommodating. The host was available on WhatsApp to answer any questions or requests. There’s a trail up the mountain and to some type of gorge which I absolutely loved. The main house on the grounds had lots of potential if renovations are made. The busy road did not bother me until Sunday morning when there’s lots of traffic.

We enjoyed the beauty of the surroundings and the hiking trails that were available. We actually hiked up the mountain without realising it and got to experience scenery beyond our wildest expectations. We also encountered wild animals - zebra and buck, closer than we expected. Aaron and the other employees on the premises were very friendly and courteous and were willing to help if required. During our stay, we were the only guests.
