We arrived in Prince Albert and were gobbersmacked to see the stunning white villa that awaited us. Beautifully restored with much respect for the old building and its features like the tiles and the wooden floors. Everything was perfect, our lovely room with attached childrens room, the pool (yes, we did have a swim in August..) in the beautiful garden, the serenity of the whole place. Nice restaurants within walking distance. And what a wonderful breakfast we had the next morning! Thank you, André & team!

We stayed here on the recommendation of our good friends. We were really touched by the warm welcome from the owners. Beautifully decorated, stylish rooms perfectly combined with modern amenities. Everything was incredibly tasteful, with an amazing sense of detail. It was truly a pleasure for the soul. The breakfast served in the garden by the stream was absolutely magical. The food was delicious and you could see that every little detail had been carefully considered. We have stayed in different places all over the world, but we will never forget this fabulous accommodation. If we ever have a chance to travel around again, we will definitely stay here again. Leonard and co were amazing hosts. The beds were super comfortable, the facilities were luxurious and nothing, and I mean nothing, was too much of an ask for the hosts who arranged restaurant reservations, spa treatments, hair treatments and a whole lot more. Did I mention that the breakfasts were great with home made condiments? Thanks Leonard, we will surely be back again!

The property is perfectly located in central Prince Albert. The rooms are spacious, meticulously clean, comfortable beds with electric blankets (very welcome on cold Karoo nights!), heated towel rails in the bathrooms. And we loved the special touches. A welcome homemade lemonade on arrival. Delicious breakfast in the beautiful garden. And a bag of homegrown lemons on departure. Wonderful hosts Colleen and William along with Charmin in the kitchen made us feel perfectly at home.

Jill was a wonderful host - she has created a very special oasis for her guests. We loved the cozy cottage which she has decorated with care. The rooms are cozy and there is air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped so we could prepare our own meals. There is a braai too (but we didn't have time to use it). She left fresh milk from the dairy in the fridge for us . She also brought us delicious home made muffins! The pool was a welcome relief on those super hot days. The property is peaceful and far enough from town to be quiet, but also close enough that we could walk to the excellent shops and restaurants in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely tranquil place. I just wish we'd had more time here. Thanks for everything, Jill!

Everything was amazing! The attention to detail was just so outstanding, this was absolutely the best self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. Everything was so beautiful and a few extras thrown in to male everything even nicer. Good internet connection, and you hardly notice loadshedding, since wofi, tv, and lamps still work (and the gas kettle). Could have stayed here forever!

What a gem of a stay! This cottage was absolutely perfect—quaint, cozy, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
