This was guesthouse perfection. We spent the Christmas there, and it exceeded all our expectations. Antonio was a wonderful host - welcoming, thoughtful, charming. Everything was spot on starting from cleanliness, location, privacy, complimentary goods, our welcome letter... Our room was tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture, design items and interesting art. It was just to my/our taste! We loved breakfast by the pool where we got spoiled with fresh croissants and tasty local goods. The attention to detail in this place is incredible. We will definitely be back, and would recommend the place to friends, family, and anyone who is heading to Riebeek-Kasteel and appreciates the finer things in life. I loved the secludedness of the property. Karin was a great host. She gave us all the info we needed and was very helpful re where to eat, things to see, etc. She was the perfect balance of being helpful but also being left to our devices. There was a heat wave the weekend that we were there so the swimming pool was the perfect place to cool down. We explored the local area and had a lovely relaxing weekend. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it.
