I would give more stars if I could. The location with view over the town and ocean is perfect, parking is available, the staff is extraordinary. Breakfast was amazing, freshly made at home and the room had so many lovely details that just showed that little extra care for the guest that makes a place outstanding. I will come again!

Amazing location in Simons Town, Overlooking Sunrise from bed, Whale Watching from room, Boulders beach is proximity, convenient location for moving onwards to western part of island for sunset or Chapman Peak Drive, and closer to Cape of Good Hope. Meticulously done apartment in attic of the mansion. Breakfast prepared and served in room as per choice and is hygienically prepared and graciously served. Apartment is away from the hustle of the town yet convenient to communicate for sightseeing. Host is approachable and helpful as well. A small pool besides resembles any of the other infinity pool with Mighty Indian Ocean in background. A must stay to enjoy and experience mystic energy of being located between Indian and Atlantic Ocean. Also may curtail a day stay at Cape Town as most of the attractions including Penguin Beach, Seals Island, Chapman's Peak Drive, Ostrich Farm, Wine Yards, Surfing in Muizenberg Beach, Naval Museum and majestic natural landscapes including famous Cape of Good Hpe are bang on this narrow peninsula. Amazing experience and stay.

Albatross House offered us with an amazing apartment including all necessary facilities and comfort we were looking for ! What was special was the breathtaking view across False Bay and Simons Town harbour from up above due to the higher up location of the apartment and the three balconies in front of each of the bed rooms as well as the living room! Our host Andre was extremely welcoming, always easy to get in touch with and hands-on. He also went out of his way to help us after we had forgotten our iPad in the apartment!

    Great relaxation and enjoyment of the views from this awesome luxury neat room. I felt so special. The veranda and views were amazing from the loungers. Fab breakfast on the veranda table served by caring and friendly staff. The welcome and goodbye was so professional too. The room was cleaned up every day and made new and fresh. Great location base for all outings and amenities.

    Everything well-appointed.One large bedroom had a magnificent view and its own balcony with outdoor sofa, the other smaller bedroom had little view but a magnificent bathroom with its own small balcony and view. Excellent breakfasts. A good choice of continental and cooked breakfast, with fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and cereal, toasts eggs, etc. on a veranda with a wonderful view of the Bay. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating.

    The Grosvenor Guest House is exactly what you think of when you imagine a cosy bed and breakfast. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived early, breakfast was delicious. This is a cute, quaint, B&B with two welcoming hosts at a great location.
