This guest house features free private parking and full-day security. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Mrizi i Zanave's location is in the countryside, not too far from the main highway. Breakfast was buffet style, everything was freshly made and locally sourced. The staff were helpful throughout our stay.

Fiesa Lake is 1.7 km from the bed and breakfast. Really beautiful hotel, in the perfect location in Piran, 20 meters from the main square. Good breakfast in a nice bakery outside the hotel. Nice and helpful owner!

All rooms include a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hairdryer. Very central location, check-in/getting the keys from a lockbox was easy (very good instructions provided). Clean room, decent size with a nice large bathroom. Will happily stay again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hygiene was impeccable everywhere, the service flawless, and the atmosphere incredibly welcoming. The entire place exudes charm, with a rustic yet refined ambiance that perfectly captures the soul of Istria. Every little detail was carefully thought out, creating a sense of comfort and serenity throughout our stay and the atmosphere like in the good old days. What was most important, our 18 month old son was extremely happy and seemed to enjoy the ambiance. The location is ideal – a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Istria, yet peaceful enough to fully relax. The surroundings are filled with the calming scents of lavender and Mediterranean herbs, immersing you in the true coastal spirit of the region. The beautiful beach called Kanegra was just a 10-minute drive away, and the hotel kindly provided us with a pass. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and generous, served in a setting that made mornings a true delight. This small but very nicely equipped room with a great interior was a magical spot to start the day. The on-site restaurant is a must – the food was phenomenal, authentic, and full of flavor. Special thanks to Aljoša, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. He and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home. We received far more than we expected. This place is not just a stay, it’s an experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return!

The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 100 metres from Rivarela Beach. This 4-star bed and breakfast offers private entrance. The rooms were very clean, with new and beautifully designed furnishings. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was served at the table and was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This isn’t really a hotel per se. It appears to be a residential building with 4 private hotel rooms inside and they are super secure and super quiet. Keyboard entry and welcome drinks. Such amazing hospitality!
