Towels and bed linen are featured in the bed and breakfast. The property has an outdoor dining area. Kooringa was a beautiful comfortable cottage with a lovely host called Arlene. There was absolutely everything we needed for a great stay. The bed was very comfortable with electric blankets plus a split system in the bedroom as well as the loungeroom so we were toasty warm. The shower was also great, roomy, spotless and with little extras including a shower cap, electric heater, hair dryer etc Arlene also provided cereal, bread, butter, condiments, milk and juice for a nice breakfast and the bread was so nice we had 4 pieces each. There were so many extras including local information, magazines and books to read and when we had a shower there were comfy robes to put on. The entire home was spotless and the gardens were also lovely and it would have been nice to have had more time to sit and relax. We will definitely stay again next time we are travelling through Burra.

We arrived late at night , no problem as we let ourselves in with the lock box key. I opened the fridge and was pleasantly surprised to see the supplies for a cooked breakfast. Everything we needed was supplied. Such a great bonus. Beautiful bush setting. Comfy beds. Our family had a wonderful 3 days here. Would highly recommend.

Outdoor seating is also available at the bed and breakfast. It was a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay here very much. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Tony was most welcoming and explained the facilities in the house. Breakfast was great and the attention to details including the decor of the place was perfect.
