The place is large, beautifully decorated and it's like a home away from home, exactly like the pictures. Ideal location tucked away too. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Bendigo Stadium. Wow, wow, wow! This little property deceived me from the outside. We stepped inside the door and everything was perfect. So well fitted out and the decor was delightful with every creature comfort including books, magazines, and board games. A delicious continental breakfast was provided, and they had thought of everything right down to a little container of stewed fruit. We will definitely be back. Thank you :)

As an added convenience, River Gardens Axedale Pet Friendly Farmstay B&B offers packed lunches for guests to bring on excursions and other trips off-property. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and told us what we needed to know. The decor was lovely - very homely and attractive. The massage chair was a bonus and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
