We sat back in the comfortable chairs at our window or terrace area and enjoyed the boats and ferries plying the waters, wildlife and more. Delicious Scottish breakfast, flexible according to individual taste, homemade jam and cereals, etc. Close to bus stops heading up and down the island. 10 minutes walk along the promenade from the harbour, historic town centre and cafés, pubs, etc. Very comfortable room and bed. Thank you to Lorna for making our stay so special. Very sad to leave and would definitely recommend.

Location, location, location, right on the water front overlooking the harbour with views of distant islands. An easy walk from the CalMac ferry terminal, hop on hop off bus, and well stocked small supermarket. Starter breakfast supplies were very handy. Could have sat looking at the view forever.

The bed and breakfast features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Central location, room was beautiful overlooking the bay, Kristine and her staff were excellent. We would definitely recommend it and stay again if/when we are back in Rothesay.

Gus and Sheree are amazing hosts who made our stay memorable from the welcome gifts to the beautiful breakfast and lunch they packed for us before we left. At the guest house, each unit is fitted with a seating area. Owner and family extremely pleasant and accommodating. Was expecting more for breakfast but enjoyed what we got. Our suite was lovely.
