The breakfast was delicious, in a lovely dining area set around the workings of the old mill. I was there for a wedding and family members were jealous of accommodation and breakfast compared to their B&B on the main street. Also our host was very relaxed about check in and breakfast times.

The bed and breakfast has facilities for disabled guests. It is charming surrounded by beautiful foliage . John and Lesley are wonderful hosts and prepared a gourmet breakfast for me!

Breakfast is wonderful, it is served in warm, straight from kitchen, all food are fresh, there is Day Room and kitchen with complete cooking utensils, microwave, fridge, dish washing machine, ironing board, very clean & comfortable. Bed is big & comfy. Bathroom is clean with hot & cold water. The owners are friendly & helpful. Definitely will go back there when I visit Edinburgh again.

Everything about this place, it's location is remote but perfect within travelling distance to places, Catherine is an amazing woman, couldn't do enough for us, she cooked the most amazing brekkie for us, the choice from cereal,fruit,toast,jams,fruit juice it was all there.. you would be daft not to stay here for sure, can't wait to rebook

Alan, the owner & host gave us very warm welcome, shared much about Scotland’s history. He was very hospitable & attentive. Breakfast was sumptuous and personally cooked by Allan himself. Will certainly visit the property again should we visit Scotland in the future.

Bamflatt Farm B&B is only a 5-minute drive from Junction 8 of the M74. Glasgow Airport is 25 miles away, and Edinburgh Airport can be reached in 50 minutes by car. We felt at home. Staff (or should I say owners) is kind. Room is large enough to accomodate a family of 4. Breakfast is tasty, exactly as the guest asked the day before. Great idea!
