Not only the place is stunning, overlooking Derry. The star of all of it is the host. Eilish was absolutely wonderful, worm and making us feel at home, opening her heart to us - and wait for a breakfast - 5 stars ! if i would come back, i know where i am staying :-)

Buncrana Golf Club is 20 km from the bed and breakfast, while Donegal County Museum is 32 km from the property. City of Derry Airport is 14 km away. We could not fault our stay at Arkle House. Everybody was so helpful and friendly - even offering a lift into town and organizing a taxi. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable and in the evening when it was a little cooler the central heating made it even cosier. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. We were sad we could only stay two nights. I would highly recommend staying at Arkle House when visiting Derry. It is only a short ride via car into the centre.
