The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was also very nice and helpful. He helped us rent a car and gave us excellent recommendations on where to go and local spots to eat.

It is in a very good location by Plaka beach which is a very beautiful area! Also very quiet, clean, with fast Wi-Fi, ample parking and very friendly staffs/owners! We were supposed to stay 2 nights but could only stay one due to a problem with our flight and arrived a day late.

Located around 35 km from Naxos Castle, the inn with free WiFi is also 35 km away from Portara. Archaeological Museum of Naxos is 35 km away and Church of Panagia Mirtidiotisa is 35 km from the inn. Great place, really quiet and nice view from our appartment, and the owners and their parents are really great people! We loved the restaurant and the food, the owner gave us thier traditional wine and raki, and I really recommend eating the octopus , their own recepie, it was extraordinary!

All units will provide guests with a fridge. By far the best hotel we stayed in. What stood out the most is the kindness and generosity of the host Nicoletta. They gave us a free transfer from the port, welcomed us with drinks and mama's pie, and even let us in our room before the normal check-in time because we arrived early! We were also allowed to use facilities of Hotel Grotta. Some reviews here mention that the road to hotel is poorly lit, I just want to add that this is a shortcut that gets you to the center of Chora in about 5 minutes, but there is also a regular road, and if you prefer to walk that path, it will just be a few minutes more, so no problem there. The location is perfect, and the view is amazing. Beds were so comfortable!! Room spotlessly clean, and cleaned every day, also it was spaceous, very nicely designed and renovated, and we had a private balcony. All in all - beautiful experience, it exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend Casabella to everyone!

The hotel location was a foot step to supermarkets, restaurants, beach and also bus stop. Makes it so easy and accessible to nearly everything. Throughout our stay, Anna continued to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was arranging transportation, or recommending local hidden gems, she was always eager to assist. Her knowledge of the area was impressive, and her passion for Naxos was contagious. It was our third time to go visit the island of Naxos, and it was surely the best time. Thank you Anna for the wonderful experience.

Great location, exceptional service (they helped us with so many things) and a comfortable bed.
