Location was close to all. Room #1 was outstanding , just be mindful. It's the only room downstairs so you would avoid the flight upstairs for all other rooms. But also you will hear the noise from the upstairs room. Either way it was excellent. The breakfast was great and our hosts were very flexible with our meals..I even made a mistake with our booking and made it for 1 night instead of 2 nights. After some clarification and adjustments from our host we were able to stay in our room and just pay in cash for the extra night. It was Definitely appreciated and we loved our stay.

The Diamond is 28 km from the bed and breakfast, while St. Columbs Cathedral is 28 km away. The house is fabulous. Old style cottage with modernized furnishings, but still retains its traditional character. Very clean, comfortable with an amazing view. There is an enclosed area attached to the rear of the cottage which has a hot tub and gas stove. Further back there is a green house with a wood burner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The Yellow Door Cottage is a real gem and a real find. Mark is great host and I highly recommend a stay there. 10/10

The units are equipped with heating facilities. The location was breathtaking. The house was warm and friendly. The room was large and well presented and the bathroom was magnificent and also the largest bathroom I have ever stayed in. The bed was a pleasure to sleep in, so comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. Lastly the hosts were warm, friendly and made us very welcome, yet they were not overbearing and left us to get on with our stay, they struck exactly the right balance, thank you both and well done. We will certainly be back again.
