The property is in a great location - central yet calm and peaceful , the rooms are beautiful, very cozy and comfortable. Shaan is a great host and helped us out with booking day trips and giving us excellent local tips on where to eat and what to see. The breakfast was delicious and varied! Shaan was also very accommodating to our vegan dietary requirements, which was really thoughtful. Highly recommend this place as a base to explore Fort Kochi and the surroundings.

The location, comfort, cleanliness & service, guidance on places to visit & food was simply superb. Hosts Balaji & Bhuvana are the loveliest people & made sure that everything was taken care of including the needs of my mobility impaired family member. Very accessible property. Definitely want to plan a longer stay next year. Would recommend this property to all my family & friends all over the world.
