Giovanna is a great host, very kind and helpful, made us feel at home. And she bakes delicious cakes for breakfast! Be aware that breakfast is mainly sweet (I don't mind). The location is perfect, in downtown Favignana but just a few meters away from the main square, so that it's quiet at night. I recommend staying here.

In a great location near the centre of town (but not directly in it so it was still quiet). The room was spacious and very clean. It was great to have a balcony to dry clothes on. We were offered complimentary pick up from the port to beach which was about a 10 min drive. The location itself was top notch being on the best beach on the island (there are several but most rocky, with cala Azzura and Lido Burrone being the exceptions from what we've seen. I recommend renting a bike and riding around the island to explore). The room was just the right size with a comfortable big bed, TV and a well stocked bathroom. I was very pleased to see complimentary suncream as well as hair conditioner. There's also a little terrace facing the beach with a table where we enjoyed our evenings drinking Sicilian wine and playing cards (though I wish the gate was a bit lower so we could see more of the beach). I'd like to give a shout out to Consuelo who gave us a super warm welcome and later whatsapped me recommendations on places to eat in the town centre as well as daily weather and wind conditions. It was a lovely personal touch. Stabilimento Lido Burrone has been the absolute highlight of our trip and the island is an actual paradise ! Thank you so much for everything.
