It actually felt like a mini apartment. It had terrace with amazing view over the town and the landscape. The host was very helpful and responded really quickly to any questions we had. I would love to stay there again .

She recommended excellent places for food or breakfast/coffee in the town. The room was excellent, in the center of the town, at the highest point. There were restaurants, coffee shops all around, as well as the central piazza. We managed to park our motorbike in the alley right beneath our room window, not actually permited, but since it was just for one night. Montepulciano is very beautiful, combined with Anna's apartment, made our stay worthwhile!

They showed the process of the renovation for 9 full months. It has been an amazing experience in Tuscany and i fell in love with Italy because of their cities and hospitalities. Hope you could visit and stay at this place when you are visiting Tuscany. They have a set menu lunch and dinner at 45 and 65 eur / person, but we have not got a chance to try because they have a full day wedding the next day, so it is not serving lunch and dinner. They took the kids to collect eggs from the chickens, gave them a fun ride on the tractor, helped us book a table at a local restaurant, and took the time to share with us the story of their place and their journey. The rooms are beautiful and full of character, and the surrounding nature is simply breathtaking. There’s a special sense of peace and authenticity in the air – a perfect getaway to reconnect and unwind. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here – it’s an experience we’ll never forget, and Steve and Jenny are truly exceptional hosts.
