I felt very calm and relaxed. It felt good to escape from the rest of the world. A cool thing they have is a rooftop balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The sunset was incredible! I loved it here and will make a point stay here again the next time I visit Kep.

The guesthouse is located not far from pepper farms, and many others attractions. The room either fan room or bungalow are both really nice, clean, everything you need. You can’t ask for more. The guesthouse surrounding is so beautiful, mango trees everywhere, flowers… lots of tanks with fish, and at the back a little lake with a kitchen for the one who stay bungalow. Attached to the guesthouse you will find a restaurant & bar which served amazing French & khmer food. The owner are very friendly and helpful and make you really this home feeling. Also the owner of the guesthouse who make sure everything is okay and he is really careful. It’s such a lovely welcoming and atmosphere along the stay. We are coming back after our short trip to Vietnam and I am already so impatient.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Kampot Train Station is 20 km from the guest house and Teuk Chhou Rapids is 29 km away. The bungalow is very cozy and we had everything we needed. Our host was lovely and made sure we were comfortable at all times. He allowed us to use his fridge and was very helpful with everything. We liked that it was not in the crowded city center.

At the guest house, the units come with a desk and a private bathroom. We loved it here. The sun terrace on the top floor is a dream and the free wonky bicycle rental really was perfect. The room itself was biiiig and the building must have been built smartly, as even though we only used a fan it wasn’t too hot at all. The location is good too, it’s close to a cheapish guesthouse and many local shops along the main road. The bed was super cosy and the hosts were very helpful too with onward travel and scooter rental.

À la carte and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, pancakes and fruits are available. Guests can eat in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and cocktails. Fantastic property backing onto the National Park. The wooden bungalow is charming. No bathroom or shower for these but there are 2 toilets and 2 showers for the 3 huts so not congested. Other bungalows are all en suite. Pool is stunning. Great lighting in the bungalow which is much appreciated. Lionel the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful and can arrange anything. About 10 minutes to the Crab market and restaurants but recommend a scooter so you can really get out and about.
