Cannot say enough good things about the hosts. Some of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met. Extremely generous family. With quiet street views, this accommodation offers a patio. All rooms come with a balcony with city views. The proximity to the sea and the peaceful location. By proximity I mean the joy of listening to the maritime sounds and the cool breeze generated. My host Winston has a broad spectrum of knowledge and wisdom and was extremely helpful and companionable. The arranged meals were also excellent particularly for a cycle tourist such as myself.

As a solo travelling woman he made sure I was safe and had everything I needed. I even stayed an additional night. Breakfast was so good, rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfortable (slept so well). Nelson had so many tips and recommendations on what to do and see in the area. I can’t fault anything. I will be back. Thank you so much!

Situated in Kalutara, Karl Holiday Bungalow offers peaceful and homely accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. Set within few steps from the beach, it features lush green gardens and free parking on site. The pool was really good and huge. The owner is very nice and thoughtful. Rooms were great. They have like a little kitchen for us, you can cook your own food over there. It was lovely.
