Thirty minute drive from the airport and a five minute walk to the beach. Each of the three rooms has a different theme. Outside of our room were our own deck chairs and table. Each area was decorated and nicely lit. All rooms faced the pool and the beautiful sea. Travelling from the airport was very easy. The roads are good and well marked. Keep an eye peeled for the road to the villa. There is a sign but it is a narrow road and could be easy to miss! We felt very well taken care of during our stay. The breakfast, served al fresco, consisted of fresh local fruit, ham and prosciutto, fresh baguette and brioche, jams and homemade juice. Delicious! Would definitely stay there again!

We were lucky to be able to chat with the owner Adrian, a Romanian “tech guy” about how his vision came to life over 5 years. Mostly tile and wood, it is on a quiet street with easy parking and only a few minutes walk to town.

Offering a barbecue, Gîte Zandoli Koko is set in an extensive and quiet garden between the Sainte-Anne and Saint François villages. The propery is only 100 metres from the beach and 16 km from Le Gosier. We had an amazing stay at the house. The house was really nice with a nice terace And garden. It was really idykllic. The host was really nice. The kitchen was fuly equiped. Location was near all the Nice beaches And cities. It was calm And peacefull. We would Love to come back to that place everytime.
